About The Role:
We’re looking for a full-time all-hands video editor someone who lives and breathes editing and wants to become one of the best in the world at it.
You’ll be working on everything from short-form content (ads, Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to long-form YouTube videos and VSLs that reach millions. You’ll be part of a creative team that experiments daily, breaks down what works, and constantly pushes the limits of storytelling and attention.
If you’re obsessed with pacing, sound design, emotion, and audience psychology this is where you’ll grow faster than anywhere else.

What You’ll Do
Edit both short-form and long-form content. You’ll work on everything from viral TikToks and ad creatives to full-length YouTube videos and narrative-driven VSLs.
Shape the story. You’ll decide what stays, what goes, and how to structure every second for maximum retention and emotional payoff.
Optimize for performance. You’ll look at analytics, watch-time, hooks, and constantly refine to make videos that perform better every week.
Collaborate with the team. You’ll work closely with directors, producers, and marketers to make sure every edit hits both creatively and strategically.
Stay on top of trends. You’ll study new formats, pacing shifts, and editing patterns across platforms to keep our content ahead of the curve.
Iterate fast. You’ll move quickly, test variations, and re-cut content when needed. No ego — just improvement.
Keep things clean and organized. Proper labeling, structure, exports — we move fast, but everything stays professional.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–5+ years of editing both short-form and long-form content for YouTube, social media, or direct-response campaigns.
Portfolio: You can show us real examples that prove you understand pacing, energy, and storytelling that drives retention and emotion.
Speed & Accountability: You’re reliable under pressure, hit every deadline, and care deeply about the quality of your output.
Software Skills: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with After Effects is a must. (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut are a plus.)
Creative Instincts: You have taste. You understand when something “feels off” and how to fix it.
Mindset: You’re obsessed with mastering editing — not just making good videos, but becoming the best in the game.
Communication: You’re direct, professional, and open to feedback. You take responsibility and always look for ways to improve.
